L.A. Mitchell is a rare musical gem. Her polished live act and the spectacular power of her voice have firmly established her in the New Zealand music scene. She has opened for both Stevie Wonder and Lionel Richie. She has performed for Bic Runga, Tim Finn, Guy Sebastian(AUS), and the Urban Soul Orchestra (U.K) and is a regular member of Dave Dobbyn’s band.

L.A. juggles her solo career with her rock-chick-alter-ego as a member of Dukes who supported rock legends Blondie and the Pretenders and had a top 10, gold certified hit single. L.A. Mitchell has released two self-produced albums and 2 EPs. She features on recordings by Oakley Grenell, Sola Rosa and the 2009 release of Fly My Pretties’ ‘A Story’.
